Fortune, as in Fortune 100 - italicize? or not?

Magazine titles are italicized under most styles. So if you are writing something like "He runs a Fortune 100 company," do you italicize Fortune in that context? I think you do, and you leave "100" (or "500" or whatever) roman. Can anyone corroborate this?
