We had a very difficult job -- a 70+ page document written as a group. It needed a lot of TLC and we received back a very thorough review of the document along with helpful suggestions and reasons why certain things were/were not changed based on our internal and Chicago style guides. Thank you!!

We've long used PN, but because of the recent pandemic, we've had to use them more than usual, with very short turnaround times. They've risen to the occasion, turning around our documents quickly and accurately. They've caught many mistakes that would've embarrassed us. Terrific work all around!

Recommend a better system for quoting for power points - the assumption of 500 words per page makes your quote v high. Also - the census uses Alaska Native for that racial/ethnic category.

Otherwise - very helpful comments in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Thanks!

I've worked with ProofreadNOW for a dozen projects. Their website is easy and efficient to use -- it provides enough options to make the right choice for level of proofreading required, cost and turnaround time without being overly complex. They are fast and have always sent back their comments within the timeframe requested, and sometimes in less time. Their proofreaders are highly detail-oriented, and will typically make a few unexpected and valuable suggestions on each job. I highly recommend them.

This is an excellent service. I've used numerous proofreaders over the years. Never have I had such a great experience. I received superb grammar editing plus thoughtful insights on my content. The team of Margo and Nicole tore up my document, in a good way! They even thought to validate some quotes from famous people that I used... which they could not do, so I found new quotes. I highly recommend ProofreadNOW and will definitely be using them again.

The ProofreadNOW team is always reliable and kind. On the rare occasions they cannot meet a deadline, they always reach out to let you know in advance that more time will be needed. The only problem is that the web interface is difficult to use if you need to message back and forth with the team, but otherwise the actual people behind the website are great, as is the service.

My association has been using Proofread Now for YEARS! We have alot of Position Statements online and other work we have them do. I highly recommend them! Very easy to use the submission page, prices are reasonable. Sometimes I do the longest turnaround but still get the job back in a few hours. Whenever I have to had to call or email with a question, a customer service rep is very quick to respond. Always very nice and polite. If you have any doubts about using them for any work you need proofed, don’t hesitate! Proofread Now is a great company with excellent customer service! I NEVER EVER write reviews, so if I’m writing one, they must be good!
